I've seen droves of folks commenting that they submitted support tickets to both Sega and CA, to minimal response. I know I speak for many more than just myself here. Every single other Total War title works for most people, but as people continue to modernize their PCs and adopt current-gen CPUs, we're talking about one of your primary titles being 100% unplayable. I know Napoleon is an older game with a lesser player count, so your efforts are focused on Warhammer and 3K support, but this still seems huge to me. Now the 13th gen are out, and they too don't work with Napoleon. So I googled this and I found numerous posts on Reddit, Steam forums, CA forums, etc throughout 2022 all having the same problem. When clicking "Play" on Steam, the game does not launch. I've got a 13th gen Intel CPU and despite all of my best efforts (admin rights, compatibility mode, verifying game cache, etc), I can't play.
